When you upload or save customer information (homeowner names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses), you become the "controller" of that data and we act as the "processor" on your behalf. You are responsible for:

We retain your account data while your account is active. After cancellation, we keep your data for up to 60 days in case you reactivate, after which it is deleted from our active systems. Backups may persist for an additional 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law (for example, billing records).

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage at rest (managed by Supabase), and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
